Today I won my first culture victory. I actually won after just entering a dark age and got the victory the same turn my my legendary rock band did their final concert and parted ways. Then I heard the narration from this cutscene and can't think of just how perfect and poetic of an ending it was for such a run. My legends of rock passed into obscurity and my nation was facing hard times ahead, but I built a resilient culture that will last for ages and see my people through it, it's not about what we currently do but the impact we've had.

(I was playing America with default Teddy, btw).

I watched this after I lost as Brazil by one turn I won yay

They upload all the victory movies then come in with the surprise new victory type with dlc video. calling it now

One game, i was counting turn for my last space launch to finish in 6 turn but 2 turn after that suddenly the culture victory video pop up and i can say that i was happier and more fun to achieve than usual science victory.

This makes me cry for some reason. The narration and music playing is just too good..

Even though I should always be for Science Victory, this is the most beautiful ending because it is the only one that acknowledges that nothing and no one lasts forever and the true victory lies within being remembered.

I got this after engaging in a drawn-out off-and-on war with Greece that had me pillaging them into a dark age and capturing every one of their cities, because I had more tourism than every other civ combined but they were #2 and my culture wasn't getting beefed up quick enough.

Accidentally got this victory after conquering Australia and Brazil, who were both pushing for this victory and built a lot of art museums
