I actively voted against resolutions to give aid to foreign countries and continuously neglected to follow global legislation against coal power plants leading my country to be the dominant CO2 emissions. Oh and also took three capitals and dismantled 2 countries.

I legit am excited for the new victory type! A rather peaceful civ player myself, hating wars with the AI, I am greatly relieved now on how I can negotiate and tune the fine strings of diplomatic actions to propel the entire globe towards a peaceful, humanitarian future.
