The air pressure is the same outside the house as inside. The pressure is set by the weight of atmosphere above you. The weight of the air above you is not changed by it’s temperature.

Mam plz answer me. You mean in cold wheter the air outside the baloon exert more pressure or low pressure on the air inside the baloon???.

What if we fill the balloon with helium outside untill it expands to it's limits.. And take that baloon inside where the temperature is high...
Will the baloon explode?

I guess yes! Because as atmosphere temperature increases, the helium molecules would try to expand, space inside is already occupied, molecules would exert pressure on the surface of balloon and we get a booom 💥sound of balloon explode.
