Core Workout
Core includes the entire torso not just the abdominal region. In this 30 min workout we’ll be including a variety of exercises standing and seated to strengthen the core and improve posture. More challenging options will be layered in, so do what is best for your body. You are not required to add each level; you can continue to stay at the level that is right for you. Always modify as needed. Have fun!
