Triple squats (narrow/middle/sumo) (10) / pushup renegade row
Mountain climbers / jack knife crunch (10)
High plank / tuck jumps (10)
Superman / pushups with opp hip touch (10)
Power Minute: 3 point Plank / skaters
Bridge while bringing one hand across body to other hand /
Low runners lunge, bring back leg in and out (20 each side)
Shoulder press pushups (10) / Burpees
Squat with calf raise / tricep dips (10)
Side plank to stand (10) / chair pose - feet in and out
Frog jumps (10) / narrow squat to overhead press
Power Minute: alt side lunge /and lateral leap with side tap
Spiderman / alt curtsy lunge
Face down snow angels (16) / Sumo squat with heel raises
pushup hold while trying to rotate hands / v-sit twist (16)
Jump rope / uppercuts (16)
Power Minute - Plank hold with toss to partner
