Glenn is 100% right women are better economy investors my Grand Mother was one.!! she will buy always the best for the cheapest price sometimes the best groceries or food and households where to expensive but she always found something affordable for a good price and dealing with stocks is nothing but the same AND DON'T BUY AN ELECTRIC CAR IF THE GUY SELLING THEM IS DRIVING A Brand new GASOLINE Chevy Corvette -- just on the news ---

I only buy when there is a C/Up and its a Green Light day. I make my choices from the "Ruler Stocks" and "Pale Blue Chips" Screeners. Picking good stocks is super easy, barely an inconvenience.

The hard part is selling. If a stock has a Sell Rec, I take a look at it. Does it still have the properties that would qualify as a Ruler Stock or a Pale Blue Chip? Is its price fall news-based, e.g. did the government do something that would cause temporary concern about a good company?

I'm lazy. I don't want to have to watch stocks like a hawk. I don't want to pay excessive short term capital gains and Wash Sale penalties. I would prefer to sell a stock when it no longer has the properties that made it a good stock originally.

Hey Glenn! This video resonates with me. I grew up in a business focused household and never went into business for myself. Now because of your analogy, I think I can finally realise my dream on my terms. Even though I am in the end game, I think of Colonel Sanders and how late in the game he waited and I take heart. Thank you Glenn! I hope this video inspires similarly minded viewers to realise their dream too. Cheers!

QUESTION: As I look at the VV homepage for a current data - Rop RT Sectors; Top RT Industries. What I notice as I compare VV data with others from FinViz, AmeriTrade, I realize the note VV that says "Market Close on 9/16/2022. It's Monday, 9/19 10:49 AM Central. That really makes the data useless for current trending and strategy in my opinion. I do realize I can upgrade and pay more to get current data. Do you have any recommendations? Thanks for being a great mentor Glen. Ronnie
