Who answers a call from someone they don’t know these days. Or even answer a survey?

I’m more surprised that 400 people actually took the survey! Nowadays most people refuse to. How were they delivered? By phone, email, text?

The people who have commented that Kohberger is soooo guilty illustrate the need to have an impartial jury.

Interesting. I learned something about these surveys. Thanks Peter for sharing. I agree with everything this guy said. Great expert.

Peter is so blessed to have such a great an incredible mentor and role model. I like when P shares lessons from his Dad or examples of his Dad's work style.

I like this expert's explanation. I changed my mind about the questions after listening. I think the defense is just doing her job.

Funny story my 5 year old grandkid was hyper the other day and she says “omg I don’t know why I am talking so fast I sound like one of your shows you watch on YouTube” 😂 I watch everything on 2x speed

Oh no wonder Bill didn't want them to show the slides!!! He is the star of them. 😂

From a market research standpoint (the industry I know), asking the false questions help to understand what people actually know. Because he’s not disseminating info, he’s asking questions about what was reported in the media. In fact, I actually thought “they should ask some of the stuff that wasn’t true to see how potential jurors were affected by the media.” That seems like the only way to really get to the heart of what people have heard. Like a placebo question.

Thanks for posting this video. It's allowed me to have a more open mind about hearing Kohberger's defense. I've moved from thinking he's guilty to waiting for the trial to see all the evidence before I make a judgement.

My thing is - someone like me who did a real deep dive initially in this case, I’ve forgotten a great deal of the details I learned at news break. So my answer to questions would land me to memory bread crumbs I wouldn’t have readily remembered or even thought about if not asked those questions

All I know is if they have 4 and 5 meetings for every single thing, it’s going to be an extra long trial.

THANK YOU! I love your coverage on this and other cases...this one in particular should be fascinating. As I watched this it occurred to me that one side is the psychological/survey and the court of course is the legal side. Respect to Judge Judge for seeming to get the nuances.

Hi Peter, I just wanted to say how much I love listening to your opinions and about law, I find it so interesting as a perspective juror, I’m 65 and recently retired and I always look forward to listening, great information and perspective! One thing that I thought when listening to the testimony about the survey and why he felt he could as certain questions because it’s all over the media anyways, I thought well I know many people in my own life that do not watch any news coverage, Facebook, Tick Tok etc etc, my own daughters in there mid to late 30’s don’t I just told them about the P Diddy case they knew nothing about, especially since when young liked all that kind of music etc, I was blown away, so this may be a simple question ( not being a lawyer or anything might seem very simplistic) but I think they should have had a question about where do you get your news from, do you even follow the news and then had check the boxes where you get your sources, New stations, which ones ( for example I listen to many different news channels and make my own informed dicisions that way, much like I listen to you and others to compare and understand things better) on the news check box could be very telling when they said for example, I only listen to one news station because they are the only True one, would tell you a lot about a person, then also lost the other media platforms, Facebook, tic tic etc etc even also asking do you have conversations with people, friends relatives etc. like me telling stuff about the PDiddy case to my daughters, now they are aware and interest, so just in my opinion, for him to say it’s OK to put those false questions on the survey ( that he knows to be false) does not make it OK in my opinion. In my opinion he is just as bad at spreading misinformation to 400 people he knows got this survey. Sorry for the long winded comment, I had hip surgery yesterday and had to watch on replay three times with all the interruptions Drs and nurses ( how dare they interrupt me watching your video for a little hip surgery LOL). Can’t wait for your next very informative and interesting video, thanks. Cheryl

The important thing here is to determine if Brian Kroger can have a fair trial in Lehto county. That is the only thing that matters that is what you should be fighting for.

I seen a comment someone wrote ( I just don’t know how you can defend someone who brutally m#rdered 4 people: I understand innocent till proven guilty but still)
Thank you Peter for making it known that Bryan’s Defense team believes in his innocence!!! I understand people want to believe that cops get it right all the time but that is not true! we have God knows many innocent people are in prison at this very moments that were convicted, found guilty!
Thank God Bryan has a Public defender like Ann Taylor and the rest of the defense team that believe in his innocence and are fighting to prove his innocence!
