1. Young Hmong - get involved to better yourselves, the community, and Hmong's future. U r its longevity. Not the OGs.

2. OGs - provide equal opportunity for ALL Hmong; men, women, adolescents in the decision-processes.

i don't understand that a non-profit organization as 18c is preaching as an example as a Church. a non-profit org is trying to enforce its law over such an American Citizen as you and I. peb  yuav tsum tau txo tej kav li kev cai no kom nqi li nqi tau, kom yooj8 tshaj tej lawv ua no--they can set guidelines as church does to its members. they cannot enforce, looking at this, we are still thinking as tribal people up in mountainous.

no they did not. there are problem in the mn h18c right now... majority of them did not approve. before one org get approve/support from the public and other org it have to get support/approval from within 1st.. u have no clue what u talking about...
