the tip about when to send home your cold gear and the smokey mountains ones were awesome. so many videos like to just give summaries and i dont know if its to sound cooler or whatever but these specific location and time tips are so important to know and make me feel reassured especially as a soon to be first time at hiker hopefully. thank

What would you recommend to a first time AT hiker starting from NC location. I tried to recruit my brother but he is working on USN contract. I live on family property in NC and VA. The pony place in VA sounds amazing. You just took my heart with you on soda and doritto rationale. A brilliant observation. Any tips would be much appreciated. Thank Audrey. People do not wear ur puffy in your sleeping bag and do not put ur head in your sleeping bag..this is why u stay cold..let up body do what it's ment to do....a thin layer in your sleeping bag...
