In America, if you’re speaking Spanish “Sea” is close to “I mean” or “I’m saying” so kinda close. Same in Spain

Makes sense now. I always wondered why in Ireland, they would qualify one with what they’re not, e.g non-Irish as opposed to foreigner, non-hospital consultant as opposed to, say House officer etc.
