i cant even do a pull up or push let alone a V-up or smt so how do i increase my progress from zero

Calisthenics is a valuable way of working out. But lifting weights is way more efficient. At both growing your physique and strenght building

What calisthetics excels at is functional strength, like developing your grip strength.
But in order to even be able to do calisthetics at all you need a low body fat ratio. If you're unfit even the most basic calisthetics like push ups, pull ups, sit ups, is extremely harder than it should be.
If you're unfit, you should lose weight and gain lean mass through weight lifting, then calisthetics becomes massively easier

Still waiting on that god-like physique. 5 years of bodyweight training and counting. I live callisthenics, hate videos like this that promise results like this.
