Fark, why do so many put music in the background when they need to be heard talking? You’re not in Hollywood now Toto.

I just picked up that Sekonic L308X-U (my first light meter) and your examples are a great help. I'm giving it a whirl in the next couple of days.
Thank you!

Well, Adam... you inspired my Speedlight and trigger purchase, now you've done it again. I have been looking at the Sekonic line of meters for a while now. Maybe it's time to make a choice and get one. Thanks for the video.

This video just inspired me to get a light meter. I am wanting to do more studio flash portrait type work and while researching how to use a light meter I came across a guy talking about lighting ratios. Now where I am at right now I am going to be trying to learn how to use a two flash setup. I thought if maybe you had time, using your light meter, maybe you could make us a series of videos on light ratios and how to get different looks for studio flash portraits and sculpt our subject using those ratios. Maybe starting at a basic one flash then maybe working up to two and then three or more. I would really appreciate the help.

At 4:09 - f16 is 2 stops brighter then f8. Yes, the proper amount (as your great examples show) to bring middle gray to white. :)

I get what you’re saying but the stats on the two pictures have the same reading so where is the 5.6 f stop picture?

Why would you make the music so damn loud? THUMBS DOWN!

I've been doing photography for almost a year and have dabbled around with using bounce flash. I recently bought some strobes and softboxes. I noticed that certain photographers can have a Perfect Exposure on the subject but yet take the background and make it from white to gray to Black still having a Perfect Exposure on the subject. How do you do this?

Thanks for the video. That music is way too loud. I don't mind background music but it was louder than you were. And it was frustrating trying to hear you. It made me leave the video early

What is astonishing is that a light meter can cost as much as DSLR 😂

The music is a bit to loud, and in my opinion not necessary.
