I thought this would be a terrible continuation of Quantum Leap without Sam, but I think Sam will be returning home with a sacrifice of Ben. Slowly it’s pulling me in and giving me the same addiction that the original quantum leap did.

Lance Mitchell this opening this fucking opening would sell me if it was official it hits just right and it makes the show feel official i just dont have hope for it. I feel like they will push bullshit rather than make a show about the struggles of life and walking a mile in some elses shoes. I love Quantum leap >.< im so fucking scared they will tarnish this just like everything else they have touched.

If only they did this. Played into the nostalgia angle at NBC by endorsing this teaser. Or just put this as the teaser every episode. Intros are a thing of the past. While there are times I wish they would focus more on Ben's leap they are in reality making a very effective cost cutting by not having crazy retro sets. One week its a boxing ring, next week it is a space shuttle. Poor Scott Bakula and Dean Stockwell actually had to do a crazy amount of running around. Things take time to get better. The first episode was sort of lame at the beginning. Magic talking about QL and his leap. If NBC has a hit how do you want to bet that Ben finally catches up to Sam a few seasons from now. Talk about having a wild card available. Just because Bakula says he does not want to participate if you throw a lot of $$$$ at a guy and he doesn't have to do a crazy amount of stuff why wouldn't he. I trust Bellisario and Pratt they were the ones who worked on the original QL. I remember the first season of QL wasn't the best. It wasn't until mid second season the leaps became water cooler talk.

Btw anyone who says the new show is a reboot is wrong..the new show is a sequel to the original show which is why they have mentioned Sam Beckett on the new show, if the new show was a reboot them Sam wouldn't be mentioned at all because Sam wouldn't have existed

However they have Ziggy running slow like the original. Episode 3. The observer (Guide) is hitting the handlink. I guess, they haven't got the "Kinks" out from the original project's ASI

Not seen this one yet. I was a big fan of the original though. That's a tough act to follow. But if any 80s TV show deserved an updated version, it was this one.

Сериал неплохой, я посмотрел я доволен, но пародия жалкая, не схватили идею скачка, в оригеиале Сем тот что Беккет менялся телами с людьми в скачке, тут про это забыли, хоть и сериал норм, но ключевые моменты утеряны сто процентов ради лгбт.
