During Voldemort’s takeover of the Ministry, half-bloods were still accepted as they technically had “legally inherited magic”, they just weren’t treated as well as the pure-bloods.

In retrospect, Lord Voldemort was almost like Tom Riddle's other personality. A persona. Once Riddle got out of Hogwarts, he pretty much deleted Tom Riddle, because he hated his father and who he once believed he was. He was already angry at the world, but once he found out his lineage, he began to hate himself. Thus trying to change who he actually was, by doing all the deviation he caused. He was ashamed of who he thought he was, and re created himself as Lord Voldemort.

Lucius Malfoy? He’s certainly smart enough to figure it out

I think that Tom Riddle and Lord Voldemort are two different kinds of people that have two separate things on the mind. For Tom riddle is that he wanted to get rid of the part of his past. And for Voldemort is that he wanted to have people view those that are pure blood are better than anybody else because they were the ones that were persecuted first because the Muggles were afraid of magic.

Well maybe Voldemort is someone who was born because of the lack of humanity Tom Riddle had after making his first two or three horcrux. Maybe Tom just wanted power and immortality but never thought of becoming someone like the Voldemort figure represented at the end. He looked at the monster inside of him but the monster took over him.

I think the deatheaters who knew his blood status accepted him as he he served their ideals, and he was powerful, so they overlooked his half blood staus.

Perhaps a couple or so of the death eaters knew that Voldemort is a half blood, but pretended not to know, or perhaps heard of this but thought it was a rumor/wasn't true. Even if they knew, they clearly dismissed it & saw Voldemort as an exception of the only half-blood they accept/tolerate since he's Voldemort/their master.

Bellatrix didn't know that Voldemort was a half blood, until harry told her this, but of course, she didn't believe him and thought he was lying. She became furious when he told her this fact, not believing him, not believing one bit that her beloved master was a half-blood like harry told her. It was just a lie to her, and she refused to believe it. She probably thought Harry said this to her to get to her/make her mad.

Even if she would've found out that Harry was telling her the truth, of course she would've been shocked since she wouldn't believe her master, as powerful as he is/was, was a half blood & not a pureblood like her & the rest of his followers. Would she've tried to abandon him or looked down upon him because of him being a half blood? honestly, I think it would be a shock for her at first but despite her extreme pro pureblood beliefs, I think Voldemort would've been an exception for her & would've accepted the fact but wouldn't see him for his blood status but for who he's/who he became into Voldemort, the man she fell in love with.

The ones in the graveyard when he got his body back had to know. It was a muggle cemetery. Barty Crouch, Jr knew, right? Didn't he tell Bellatrix, but she didn't believe him?

There is this assumption that lord Voldemort became disfigured ugly and snake like as a by product of dark magic or making horcruxes.
But what if it was intentional, that for as much as he liked positive attention and praise, and his very good looks were admired, he hated it, because he got them from his father, and being good looking was part of who TOM RIDDLE was, so to be Lord Voldemort, he would need to be ugly and twisted instead.

I don't believe Tom Riddle and Voldemort were 2 literally different people, cause that would just say he had a split personality. But characteristic-metaphorically, as in some stories (movies and series) of someone who suffered amnesia but do remember some things, or rl of veterans who have changed by war, then yes they were different. Realistically now Tom would only b contained inside him but could never b destroyed. He was born as Tom Riddle, lived *"as"* to *"with"* Tom, and died with him still inside.

Perhaps Tom told his fellow slytherins that the name he had was just given to him by the people who ran the orphanage and it wasn't his true name.

VIDEO SUGGESTION:
1) Had Dumbledore known that young Tom Riddle would turn into Voldemort would he have killed him as a child
2) Voldemort never existed what would the death eaters be doing such as Bellatrix
3) Voldemort was born out of the miss use of the love potion. If another witch or wizard is born from the love potion, could another Voldemort arise, I was he a rare case.
