I think it speaks volume to Wolverine's capabilities that Tony's anti adamantium suit isn't really "designed" to fight Wolverine. It shows that Wolverine's true strength has always been his tenacity, experiece, battle intelligence and unpredictability, which has let him go against opponents way out of his league. I'm sure Tony could lay Logan out if caught off guard, but one mistake and Tony gonna be looking like this video here.
