Settings-system-about-click android tv os build button until developer mode is on-go back-developer options-turn window animation, transition animation, and animator duration scale to 0.5x

As the video says, it's only animation feels fast, nothing beneficial to the performance of the device

I turned all that crap off, but then again Android is an absolute joke these days too.

This doesnt "Speed up" your google tv, it only looks like it due to less animation time. You wont get any benefits but quicker transitions. Dont get confused people. I do this on every android abd have done for a decade.
