Dragonball. Not because of its story but because of the impact it has had. We wouldn't have shounen as we know it without Dragonball. That includes Bleach, One Piece, Naruto, JJK, MHA etc, without Dragonball these anime would never have been the same. Plus again the reason We in the West can watch anime is because of Dragonball catapulting Anime from a niche to something that was mainstream. There's no other anime that has had such a cultural impact and did so much for the industry so for that reason it's all time best.

FMAB but the ones I keep going back to are MHA, Dr. Stone, and Bleach. There's a difference between a masterpiece and what you actually rewatch in your downtime
