Considering how Ross is when staying at hotels i.e. waiting until the last possible second to check out, taking all the free amenities possible, taking toilet paper ect. 2:10 just shows how good of a friend he is by letting her drink everything in the mini bar & paying for it. He really wanted to make it up to her.
