hi Jinny your method for making Swiss Meringue chocolate buttercream really good as I have made it using the other method and I always had to do a fix before it combined properly but just made some your way and no problems and nice and easy,
love it.😁😁

Have you missed cream of tartar off the recipe in your description? Is this ingredient vital for this recipe? Also which milk choc did you use please?
