I like to think that dreams are a very limited simulation of reality.
By that logic, there's billions of reality simulations, every single day.

The “Argument from Contingency” that how every being must be either necessary or contingent. Since not every being can be contingent, it follow that there must be a necessary being upon which all things depend. This being is God. God was always there, if this had not happened then there would have been someone to create it and if this had happened then nothing would have been created because this cycle would have continued indefinitely. I thought this theory was nuts when I first heard it but there are a couple of things IMO that can only be explained by computerized design. #1 is Quantum Entanglement. How can any particle affect its pair particle anywhere in the universe, real time. Like every single particle in the universe is directly connected to every other particle in the universe? that requires a CPU where distances between code dont exist. #2 is the observer affect which is hard to believe but seemingly proven. The observer being outside of the transaction, sounds like a computer to me. #3) Atoms and molecules and compounds in its many different substances and their properties to form complex molecules. The same building blocks of a few atoms can make wood, iron, water. Think about how closely H20 is required by most life that we study, add a little bit of sulfur and everything dies. Its like insane cosmic legos with incredible affects. #4) how can stars burn for billions of years, that is nuts. In my mind, holding a match to a ball of hydrogen would make one hell of an explosion, not take 6-8 billion years to burn through. #5 gravity, so perfect to hold stars together, orbits around a sun, keep our feet on the ground and at the same time, hold light chemicals like oxygen and hydrogen in our atmosphere so that we can breath. #6) the vast amount of galaxies and spacial distancing. Every single small inch of a telescopic picture shows more and more galaxies, trillions off them, that sounds lik a computer program, creating off-in-the-distance concepts that can never be realized, yet tantalyzing. #7) UFOs and aliens. There is no doubt that we are being visited by ET life forms. How can they travel impossible distances to visit us? because they have figured out a way to travel outside of our normal laws of physics and create a short-cut to get here. Call it a warp drive, different dimension, worm-hole whatever. Again, distances within a computer program dont exist. Im now a believer. Furthermore, I think alien college students play with Earth biology as part of their studies. Some smart alien programmed the code for humans or octopus, while a C- student designed the platypus, really screwing up. I agree with Dr Neil Tyson

There has to be an original universe that is not simulated - the simplest solution is that it's ours.

As much as I believe this theory could be true the only reason I have doubt is because of our universe, but it’s definitely good theory. One of my theories which funny enough was this before I knew it was a popular one. Is that we are all parasites living inside something.

Knowing that the smallest particle is really waves of light... The double slit experiment knowing that it changes upon observation.... And many many more factors.. most definitely we are living in a simulation. We I mean WE create our own realities.. that's why positive thinking is so important. Even if we are, we won't know it ever. And even if we would be able to discover this, our minds won't let us in order not to break the game itself from the inside. But i like this theory. If we can create games, that means someone could create our universe as well
