This quick video will help you to fix the disk checking prompt message while starting a Windows 10 PC.
Every time you restart your Windows 10 PC you get a message of "To skip disk checking press any key within 8 seconds".

The solution is from the Windows Registry
Registry value for Boot Execute Valur Data

The problem is with this is it will either schedule another disc check . or if problems arise with the disk it wont check.
