FYI for people wondering I literally just made this, 1 1/2 cups water and 2 cups of oats for about 4-6 tortillas :)

Keep them covered after taking them out of the pan.The steam will make them soft and stop them from cracking

I added a bit of tapioca starch to the recipe. It didn't break when rolled and had a better texture than the first time i made this using your recipe. I also added some garlic powder, salt, oil, and dried herbs to the mixture before cooking
