With the type of vehicle she is driving, I guarantee she is getting a gov't paycheck. No job, so she can drive around town looking for targets. Nobody can say this is a homeless problem. Until our "justice" system actually put these criminals in jail, and not just releasing them on bond, this will continue over and over.
