My first husband told me if I was grabbed from behind by the waist, to grab the attackers to little fingers and yank them back as hard as possible. They will break and he'll let go! This actually happened to my husband. He was not very talk, slim and lightweight so I guess his attacker thought he was on to an easy thing. He soon learnt he was wrong. He also told me If someone was coming at you face on, if you can, ram your first and second fingers up his nose as high and hard as you can. Thi can also disable an attacker.
