The Non-Spoiler Beginner's Guide to Warframe's Story and Lore

You are a Tenno. A master of gun and blade. Wielder of archaic weaponry and channeler of the Void. But you are in danger. The remnants of the Old War have grown powerful and search for the one thing that can defeat them. You. But from the darkness, a voice calls out to you. The Lotus. Is she friend? Foe? Or something more? All that is certain is that she is the only thing that can get you out alive.

This is intended to be a non-spoiler intro to the background lore of Warframe, useful for getting players into the game, or helping new players get a grip on where they stand as far as the story is concerned.

Great beginner's lore summary. Honestly, this is what's needed to give newcomers a sense of what's happening in the game, or at least cutscenes like this throughout your journey to better explain things. It took me so long to understand it all, I think DE forget how complicated the lore of their universe is to an outsider.
