It’s crazy to think this small moment actually has a tremendously huge effect later on

It's oddly cute when Kratos spins his finger instead of telling Atreus to turn around.

I always thought of this as the equivalent of Kratos tying his son's shoe or fixing his clothes. Am I the only one who sees that?

One of my favorite quotes in the game. you can apply it to anything in life really

i can imagine a spartan in battle slaughtering Enemy soldiers left and right then in the middle of the battle he notices the tip of his spear is wobbling a bit, then he just leaves the battlefield and sits beside a tree to fix his spear before joining the battle again lmao

Dad notices son's untied shoe lace: Untied laces will make you trip. Pain we endure. Faulty equipment we do not.

It's easy to forget Kratos is also a great archer, maybe even more so than Atreus. We saw that to great use in GOW 3.

Take care of your equipment, and it will take care of you, a simple lesson, yet one that could save your life

Kratos became a general there for a sec, inspecting his men in ranks

One mistletoe was saved to break Baldur's invulnerability. Genius to see this was though ahead for the last boss fight.

I like this scene but later in the game when atreus loses it when (spoilers) it gets stuck in the fist, kratos doesnt fix it again for the rest of the game i got so annoyed lmao

Huh so that's why he had mistletoe on him when Buldur punched him... I'll be honest I missed that the first time I played through.

The reason this is so cute but also works so well is because it's the equivalent of a dad seeing that his the outfit he rushed his son out with to get to school doesn't fit, so he uses a shoelace or something as an improv belt, but it's a combat fix on the quiver so it fits within the narrative of Kratos being born snd raised both in and around war.

Video: "No."

This is the epitome of
Small details contain louder messages.
It's why I like to look at any change or background of anything cause they contains literally cool clues into what can happen.

Basic writing concept rule, if you bring something up in a story, you better use it.
When freya takes these away it left me wondering what the point was introducing them.
This moment makes up for all of it, as innocuous as it was.

Sorry for background noise, I had a bad mic then.
