Strength: Goes to the Hulk, Abomination usually starts off a lil stronger but this is the Hulk we're talking about, Strength is his forte.. Hulk gets stronger the madder he gets.. Hulk has literally punched through Abomination's head.. Abomination is nothing in the faces of a pissed off savage Hulk, Green scar, Devil Hulk etc.
Also in the movie Hulk was already weakened after he got injected by that experiment.. Hulk also literally overpowered Abomination in a contest of strength... Hulk is absolutely stronger than Abomination both in the movies and especially in the comics.

Durability: Hulk easily takes this, in the comics he's tanked things that have easily wounded Abomination. Hulk tanked Blast from Galactus, that same blast easily injured Abomination. Hulk has tanked reality warping blasts, tanked a planet being destroyed, tanked a unique being destroyed aswell.. Hulk takes the win.

Speed: could go either way but Hulk has better speed feats.

Experience: Hulk has being dealing with being a Hulk longer, he's fought more powerful beings.. In their human form Banner is way smarter than Blonsky.
Overall Hulk takes it.

Combat: Abomination takes this, he's a military personel who's trained in combat.

IQ: Depends, in their human form banner has got an IQ that's on par with folks like reed and tony, whom are all smarter than Blonsky. Abomination is only smarter than Savage Hulk, but other personas like Prof.Hulk, Devil Hulk, Green scar, Joe fixit are all smarter than Abomination.
