Reading the comments and its ridiculous. Half of you are still gonna buy the game and enjoy it. And the other half are just xbox owners who are salty over spiderman not being a playable character. I played the beta and it's fun as hell. The story is great. Getting to play as ALL the avengers is amazing. I play mostly as hulk.

Shouldn't hulk be . . . more enraged and savage during a fight?
Like jumping onto the enemy's body and start repeatedly punching him while screaming out of pure unadulterated anger? A mechanism that rewards the close-up combat more than ranged one would be the icing on the cake

There no impact animations for enemies in this game! You hit them and they don't even back away after getting punched

I said it before and I'll say it again. Anyone who wasn't expecting "Legoless" Lego Marvel Avengers, wasn't paying attention to the way this game has been built. I did enjoy the Lego take on this fight more though, due to comedy and light-heartedness. The cutscenes look okay, and the facial expressions are actually pretty good. It just looks like they remade an old-school game, with improved graphics. This doesn't look like a next gen game, because it isn't. That being said, it barely looks like a current gen title. They obviously spent a lot of time on tons of different character models and the overall fidelity suffered due to their lack of focus on the smaller things.
