You sound like such a pleasant person to sit down and have a morning coffee with, then to realise that we had spent the entire day together talking. I love your authenticity. I think that's why your viewers are drawn to you.

Thank you! I was just 59 yesterday and I don't want to do things that I do not want to do any longer. I don't want to be going to see family members who treat me like I am less, etc.

I’m in my 30s and single by choice! I love living as a bachelorette. I appreciate finding other women who are doing the same and thriving.

Oh my goodness, the best bit of aging is stopping caring about the opinion of others quite so much. So liberating.

It took me until very recently (61) to stop hiding my legs. Not that I’m running around all the time with bare legs, I’m not. However, when I do, I don’t care what others think. You wouldn’t believe the rudeness I’ve experienced which started in my early 20’s. And when the time comes I need a knee replacement, I’ll wear my scar with pride!! Enjoying your channel 😊

Oh Jen I really needed to hear this today! As a 69 year old trying to grow my Baking channel I’ve been stressing about trying to be like the “popular cooking channels” . You are so right, I just need to be me! Thanks, I really love your channel. 😊

I'm a married woman in my 30's, but I love watching your videos. You have such great advice and wisdom to share. I'm a recovering people pleaser and still struggle with this sometimes. I needed to hear this today. Thank you for sharing.

I am 70 this yr and I still get negative comments from people around me. I thought by now, it would stop, but I realize that it is never going to be that way. The best medicine is to just ignore them, jealousy & envy are very toxic.

I felt like a unicorn all my life. I always been different wherever I went or lived. I thought I had everything figured out for a while then had to separate from my husband after 20 years at age 45 because his addiction got to the point that it was unbearable. I'm 49, living in England in a shared house with people who are 20 years younger then me. My finances are all over the place, my relationship with my daughter is complicated, my extended family two thousand km away but still trying to stay strong. I'm 49 too trying to find myself, fighting my battles every day. Sometimes I loose hope but I always managed to stand up till now. Not an easy ride to learn to be by ourselves. I feel extremely lonely without a support system behind me. I am working a lot to be able to pay my bills. Everyone who feels they don't have everything figured out you are not the only one trust me. But we will be fine even if it takes a bit longer. 😊

Hi just found your channel. I love it. I'm 67 and single and don't care what people think of me. I don't use makeup and have short hair because that's what I want. I say this is me you don't like what you see go somewhere else. Great channel!!!!

It’s a breath of fresh air to me to see a YouTuber who is honest and unpolished and just bringing something positive to this platform. I’m a 47 year old Dutch woman and i stoppend pleasing other people years ago and it is so liberating not depending on other peoples acceptance. 🧡

Yes, everything that you said is bang on. I'm pro-aging, I feel so much more alive in my 50's than I did in my 40's.

I appreciate you and your channel. I am 69 and my husband is 77. I have moments of concern that he may pass away before me. You help me feel confident. I know everything will be fine

Pam here….to me your appeal is that you’re not slick, polished, perfect and curated….so many YouTubers are a bit smarmy and selling a false front. You present maturity, reality and humility. I really enjoy your channel!
