We are “THE” culture. The most influential, often imitated, never duplicated

We have a culture. We have a history. We have a way of talking, cooking, worshipping, dressing. We are blessed and we are highly favored.

I'm a foreign guy. I don't live in America. The culture of a people is their way of life. One part of black America culture is their music, and that is listened to in the entire world. Black American culture is a culture of invention. The things they invent is used word wide. The media has turned them against black Americans, their ignorance have turned them against black Americans. They came to America thanks to black Americans. I don't live in America but I went to school there at An HBCU. It might be a jealousy thing too. Let them stay in their countries.

Black Americans absolutely have culture!

Black Hispanics have culture! Black Caribbeans have culture!

I believe people who say this crap say it to get under your skin.

I'm 43 years old and when I was younger, in my teens, I would think that it would be cool to have a family from another country, another language, another [fill in the blank]. As I grew older and wiser, I appreciated my own family and our story. My family has roots in the south, like all Foundational Black Americans. My dad's side (grand parents) are from Louisiana and my mom is from South Carolina. She grew up in the 50s and 60s during Jim Crow, dirt poor, black, picking cotton in the cotton fields for white people. My grandmother, aunts, uncles all did the same. through it all, we survived, thrived. Black Americans have a culture of resiliency, a culture of language, music, food, fashion. Why is it that when people think of Black people around the world, they think of Black Americans and Black American culture. We're the definitive culture of what Black is all about.

It’s funny that they say we don’t have culture while all their musicians are running around trying to dress and look like us

Ignore ignorant people. Jealousy is the best form of praise. We've created our culture out of nothing that influenced the entire world. I am Black and I am proud.

Black America culture was and still is family reunions, phenomenal gospel choirs, singing and humming gospel songs, several music genres like jazz, blues, r n b, rap, etc, ebonics, so much more. Rip to My dad who was from the Carolinas and nd yes my mother is a Jamaican . My dad was big on family!!! That’s what culture for him was!!!

Black Americans are the culture. When people are thinking about Black people throughout the world, they are thinking about the most influential people in the world which are Black Americans.

Culture is simply what you do and what you participate during your daily life. Every human being has a culture. People are jealous of our culture .

One specific and very easy example (out of hundreds or more) of Black American culture is the family reunion. What other culture has that, or where did they get it? It certainly began with Black Americans.

I've also noticed that speaking when entering a room is more of a Black American thing. When I see others from the diaspora, people are far less likely to acknowledge one another even if they definitely saw them.

Music amd food should be obvious.
Of course, I could go on....

Everyone imitates us all over the world! It is blasphemy for them to tell us we don't have a culture! We have a very rich culture built from the ground up! Our culture is the envy of many!
