Decoding (but not decrypting) some STANAG 4285

Here's some reception of an encrypted military STANAG 4285 stream from god knows where. Probably all very boring, routine stuff. But exciting to think about.

how were you able to do this? im trying to import a .wav file for sorcerer to decode but im not finding any way how, and using my live microphone just won't work

I have a decoderchip inside my throat and I am getting harrassed with voices through this program. Could you help me turn the voices off?
