As I am in the same profession as Villanelle I can say that killing eve has taught me better ways for when I kill people. I love how shows and games like (like rdr2) teaches me how to work my job better

The more and more appaling things Villanelle got away with that she shouldn't have, just because "she's a poor broken woman" after mid season 1 kinda threw me off.
Trying so much to find excuses for a homicidal maniac turned trained assasin is just wrong;
I don't see any criminal organisation going to such lenghts to keep such a liability of a broken asset, it hugely undermined their credibility as a threat.
And there's really too much unnecessary over the top stupid drama... wich isn't my definition of good drama.

She's a broken girl turned mass murderer and homicidal maniac. Ok. Just because she's got charisma and a shitty past doesn't makes me want to feel empathy for her at all.
I guess you may have less empathy for her if you empathise with her victims instead, imagine she was killing your family members...
I hate it when movies or series wants to make you see a ruthless criminal in a sympathetic way.
There is a limit (murder is definitely a limit, as opposed to petty crimes and larceny) to having excuses/reasons to commit a crime it's really no excuse at all for the kind of shit she does.
Of course not creating them in the first place would be better, failing that, giving them the help they need not to turn like this.
But there is a no return point where you just need to put them down or lock them away for good.

Guess I'll just drop this show after having watched the first season.

Is this an old podcast... because Killing Eve aired in the United States last year.
