Actor Jodie Comer had to learn a new accent every seven days in preparation for the show? Comer plays the chameleon Russian hit-woman Vilanelle in the popular BBC production, written by none other than Fleabag’s Pheobe Waller-Bridges, but the role was far from a walk in the park for the accomplished actress. Comer has revealed that she was rigorously coached new accents by a voice coach in preparation for each episode, and was required to perfect a new accent in just under a week. Who says actors have it easy these days?
