JQuery Video Tutorial

This is the first part of my JQuery Video Tutorial. I will also cover all of the techniques that go into implementing a dynamic site using Asynchronous JavaScript and XML (AJAX).

I love how you quickly explain everything. Many tutorials are really slow and dull but you speed things up to keep it interesting and engaging. Makes it much more interesting to watch and I'm learning it quicker.

The tilde, >>, <<, etc are bit wise operators in javascript that allow you to manipulate data using its binary form. Tilde provides the opposite of either 0 or 1. The other 2 shift the binary digits to the left and right

@lordyrich JQuery is just a library of code or a framework. You just need to either point at a location on the net like googles JQuery library, or the library in a folder on your server

@gattasreekanth I'm glad it worked for you. I constantly experiment to try and make good tutorials. I plan on covering design patterns / algorithms in my Java tutorial very soon. Most videos are over 30 minutes before I edit them down. I don't think my computer could handle editing a video that was 1 1/2 hours in length. I operate on a very small budget :)

@MixCreations That seems to be a pretty good book. The reviews state that the code contains a lot of errors, but reviewers often overreact. I have tons of code on my site that has been tested. It's all free to use. If you have any problems just ask. Thanks

I have numerous JQuery videos, but they are used with other languages to make real world things. I cover menus and such as well. I'm glad you are enjoying them :)
