anyone in any doubt let me assure you....this book is GOLD. Even if you are a good player there are hints and tips in it that will benefit please do another book. Maybe directed at fitness tips, the kind of eercises that can be done when or if we have another lockdown and maybe include competitions. How you prepare etc.
Cant stress enough to anyone who loves the games how much you need this book.
