- [Instructor] Wrist Extensor Stretch.

Begin by grasping the thumb and backside of the affected wrist with the opposite hand.

Keeping the elbow straight, gently bend the wrist downward until there is a slight stretch of the foream, hold for 10 seconds, and breathe.

One, two, three, four, five, six, seven, eight, nine, ten.

Slowly return to start position.

Perform three repetitions twice a day, five days a week.
