I want you to know that this has been a tremendous help to wrist pain. I thought it was all in my thumb. It’s been 2 days and these are the best exercises I’ve done. Thank you for taking the time to do this video

Hey Eric. I recently subscribed to your channel because I found some really helpful videos. This one in particular is excellent since I've been desperately looking for this kind of information, because my wrist extension is terrible. Thank you for this and i want to put something since we're on the topic: when i try to extend my wrist, i get this painful feeling (like if someone is pinching me with a nail) right underneath the thumb (pretty much the ligament to put it short). My question is: will these exercises help me to relieve the pain or do i have to go and see a Physiotherapist?
