Thanks a lot!!!! Stuck for a week, glad it worked. Couldn't find WWW in Service.msc, but by changing the port 80 and 443, it worked out great!

If you cannot find worldwide web service, try this:
Control Panel\Programs\Programs and Features and click on turn windows future on or of on the left side, , , then expand internet information service, then check worldwide web service
