Holistic Skills for Dementia Training Film: Dartford & Gravesham NHS Trust

Understanding the particular needs of older persons who often have complex medical histories including a higher risk of developing Dementia and Delirium is all the more vital.

This training film produced by the Department for Ageing and Health compliments the Trust in-house training programme “Holistic Skills for Dementia” and is designed as an introductory module to the assessment and diagnosis of Dementia and Delirium within the acute hospital setting.

The film content complies with tier 1 training criteria set by Health for England 2014 and can be used as evidence of basic knowledge.
