Troubleshooting 12V DC-DC Battery Charger

I have a solid red light when unit is powered on. The unit has been used for a few months correctly, the wiring is correct. DIP switches haven't changed.
Renogy 170Ah battery at 50% charge:
Voltage in 14.1V
Voltage on output side 13.1V
DC charger was left on while vehicle was off, fully drained the car's starting battery. Issue started after recharging car battery to usable levels.

Did all in in this video and I’m still getting a solid red light not a blinking red and also the green is solid green . Only the 11 volts of the battery reading on the power out side 14 reading on the in side

Can you troubleshoot the bt-2 as these things give constant connection error!! And is all over your forums and the net they don't work and you guys do nothing about it?!

All wired up green light on. And hose batteries are flat but drove 20 miles and still no charge on house batteries

I have a red light on with the greenlight on as well and I disconnected the ground and replaced it and it's still on and not giving power to my solar battery.ive had it for a couple months and its been working jus fine

Music is too distracting. The input of the chargers are AC and meters have to be dialed accordingly. Some depending on the meter, the lead may have to be relocated too.

I have 14.4 volts on input side of 40a dcdc charger and 13.7 on output side. Ive driven the car over 3 hrs to a campsite and the voltometer on my control box and battery box never changed value. Seems to not be charging green light and everythings on receiving power i cant figure it out.

My input voltage is 14.5v output is reading 13.4v (lithium battery voltage) and no red light but green light on . Dip switches are all correct 1 &5 off 2, 3, 4 on. What to check next?
