In 5 years from now, I want to still work for your company. During the next five years, I plan to become a reliable, high-performing, and productive team member who has experience across different departments and can be used by the organization to train and coach new team members. Finally, in 5 years, I would have completed numerous training and development courses to enhance my skills, be working toward a promotion, and be someone who has contributed significantly to the growth of the business by suggesting numerous creative ideas that ensure the company maintains its position as the market leader .

I personally like number 2 because in this day and age a lot of people (whether they are new in their careers or experienced) don’t stay with a company for five years anymore. I just came out of a role of 6 years and while I appreciated my colleagues and the role early on; after awhile, there was no more room for growth and it just lapsed completely. I doubt I will ever spend that much time anywhere again. Number 2 states good honest intention right now without promising 5 years…if it works out really well maybe they will get five years and more. 👍🏼
Number 5 is pretty good as well. Maybe I’ll merge the two
