In this short video I demonstrate how to connect the Hasselblad X2D to Phocus Mobile 2 on iPad for tethered shooting. In a live demonstration I show everything you need to know about Hasselblad remote shooting. Everything I demonstrate in this video on the iPad also works on the iPhone.

Many thanks for this video. Could you please do a video on the focus stacking feature that has just been added? Many thanks

Hello Math, thanks for great details on this video but do you have a detail tutorial using the Phocus software ? I am having issues when exporting photos after editing they get exported back to their original settings and I have to do my edits on light room classic instead .

Hi Math, Can you please update this video now that Live View is working on the X2D. could you also tell me how to turn exposure simulation on the camera off in Live View mode, my clients do not want to see this when I am tethered with LV on. many thanks

one other benefit of tethering, to allow the editor (photo-retoucher) to work on the shots during the shoot to save time, as you don't have to shutdown the camera, take the card out, and download it before you can work on the files.

Hi, I would appreciate your help with my X2D camera. I need to use Off Camera flash with my Godox AD200 Pro flash, can I use my Sony XPro11 trigger unit or must I buy a Nikon one and have to purchase Nikon speedlights or will a Nikon XPro11 work with my Godox AD200 Pro flash unit.
I have spent hours looking for an answer to no avail, please help if you can.

The one major problem for me, and I looked everywhere. Please let me know if you know how unable to change shooting mode example from single shot to focus, stacking or exposure. Bracketing is there a way to change that in the focus app?

Thanks for the video. What do you think about the sharpness on the 55mm? The MTF shows it as less sharp than the 38mm.

Now that Phocus Mobile has live view enabled, how do you stop it from showing exposure simulation when composing a shot? I have exposure simulation turned off while using manual mode on the x2d camera, but when connected to Phocus Mobile, live view has exposure simulation enabled by default. I can’t figure out how to turn it off when connected to Phocus Mobile. Is this a bug?

Thanks for a super video. Are you shooting Raw files .3FR to the ipad or jpegs? How long does it take to display both these type of files.
You are obviously shooting in a wireless mode, can you shoot Raws and Jpegs to the Ipad via a connected cable also?
