The 2850-20 is one of my favorite milwaukee tools. It is so much lighter than a gen3/4 fuel impact and is just as fast for anything smaller than lag screws. A 2.0cp battery will drive 300 2.5" #8 screws into PT lumber. I even like the grip better than the fuel models.

Very nice. The Dewalt impacts always slow down and heat up when you use it over a long period. When it comes to the drill drivers, I want you to do that next, because the Ridgid may very well beat them all.

So, the DeWalt may be the 'atomic' but the M18 is definitely the fireball.

Milwaukee's fuel impact driver is even more compact than just their brushless model.

Nice video!

You should really do voice over for your final thoughts (or at least a portion of them). Having the final numbers could help you express that even better.

They should really make those impact sockets out of glass so you can see those lags are all the way in!

What'll it be fellas, mustard, er ketchup?

I own the brushless Milwaukee impact, makes me alot of money as a finish carpenter. Got it on sale with the brushless drill kit and 2 batteries. They both run great on my high output 3.0 and 8.0ah batteries. Just bought myself a used 2611-20 hammer drill for some of the heavier and dirtier work.

I think Makita makes the best subcompact with it being so small and the different modes. I got the notification Bell turned on for your videos but I haven't gotten any in a couple weeks, I only noticed you had new videos because I looked through your channel. Just letting you know YouTube's not doing their job.

Personally I thought the Atomic would do much worse.
Yes, the M18 punches way above it but when looking at the final chart you realize the Atomic placing 2nd fastest among all subcompacts tested. I'd take the Makita over the Atomic any day of the week but the numbers don't lie.

Good video. Maybe the size of the drills should be taken into consideration. They are supposed to be subcompact.

The dcf787 is just a cheap or cheaper and also brushless. Just got replaced by the 840. Which might put perform the 887? It seemed faster than the 850.

Brushed tools last longer if you can get them get them, the brushless motor will outlast the Brushed but that not what goes on the brushless, the electronics go and they don't last long I have a Brushed dewalt 14.4 v drill from 1993 and it still works never had a brushless go more than 5 year
