That's why I like to partner w/ the US Government and rent to their tenants. The rent comes in on time every month. In this video, I'll show you how much rent Section 8 will pay in your city. We'll further see how much demand there is for these Government subsidized tenants. Sometimes these tenants don't pay ANY of the monthly rent. Joe Asamoah is a very successful investor, who rents to Section 8 tenants in Washington DC. Part of Joe’s screening process is to visit the prospective tenants current home. He wants to see how they are living, because the way their house looks now, is how the rental will look later. Are there bugs, trash, dirty walls and floors, etc? This process has allowed him to get the best Section 8 tenants. As in renting to anyone, Section 8 or not, screening is key.

kris, like your video. to have 3 yrs lease, is it catching up the market or inflation rising? also, what happened if the tenants employment got changed, the program will change the allowancance, right?
