Do you know where to find the payment standards for chicago? Ive only done the suburbs and chicago isnt on the list. I cant find how much chicago pays in different areas anywhere. Even emailed cha but no response lol

Your own example: The “Tesla model” proves it’s rare to find good Section 8 tenants. I’m not against the program but I’m familiar with the tenant pool.

Never deal with section 8. Most of them are low-minded people who are abusing the system. Also you can't get rid of them easily. Don't be fooled by the baby momma's who act like they have part time job; once they get in your house, they quit their job and stay home 24/7 with their kids and boyfriend to destroying it. Every different days they ll call you about some nonsense issue.

im white im in a different apt program not section 8 i had white middle class land lords rent me and my friends severe health hazard apts so i only rent from arabs they treat me one thousand times better and they rent me one thousand times better apts
