There needs to be a GOOD Landlord GOOD Tenant Matching Agency; for Section 8, because everybody is not fraudulent, breaking the rules, living criminal life or even bringing that into their homes. Some of us are religious people, that believe in God and live right, and really truly want a GOOD home.

Can’t find any houses in HCOL that can cash flow for the section 8 voucher Pennies. I’d have to take less than half of market just to get the top end of their range

But when you do section 8, do they tend to leave it trashed? And when they do trash it can you kick them out? All the people I know personally who are section 8, have pets, house has been messed up by the pets, they smoke weed and drink and party all the time, not something I want in our house
