My sister was killed by the first serial killer of our hometown in Washington on December 7, 1971, and I’m still searching for her remains and the truth.

Every hearing that BK attends, he looks like he's dressed and groomed like one of the lawyers sitting there like he's so innocent.
In the 80's my niece was murdered after her morning run . She was stabbed multiple times after she arrived home. He was in her apartment that she just recently moved into. She was newly engaged and a beautiful hair stylist. It wasnt until 20 yrs. later he was arrested in another state, something unrelated to her murder. DNA matched the murderer of my niece. Our family had to relive it all over again in court. Very tramatic. He is now in prison for life . Dont give up hope Steve. Justice will prevail. God bless.

I canNOT imagine the pain and frustration these families are having to endure. BK sits safely in a secluded cell, getting his 3 vegan meals everyday. The justice system has railroaded not only the innocent victims, but the families as well. I blame Judge Judge, it is HIM that has delayed the process. He allowed Anne Taylor to rule his courtroom, he approved the demolition of the house, and THEN steps down bc the case is too big?! Wow. A disgrace

I will never forget these kids ever! I could not sleep very well once I heard the news. I’d pray often during the day and at night, often waking up in the middle of night praying for the monstrous killer to be caught.
I think of these beautiful children often still and pray for the trial to go forward this next summer, so finally some justice can come and also some answers.
My deepest sympathies for all the pain you are going through. I pray for strength for you Steve, your wife, and all your children, and everyone who loves and cares for Kaylee and the other children. Kaylee is with you every day.

I'm a local and this case is madness. So many people believe that BK was set up, and others believe this was drug related retaliation. I've spent hours and hours researching this case. I hope they got the right guy but I have zero faith in our justice system now.

Nancy, My parents myself and my 2 brothers are crime victims as well. Grandparents imprisoned 2 murdered cousins aunts uncles great grandparents all murdered by the Nazis. My mother so close to her family never regained her sanity. So the Nazis also took our mother and the enormous trauma my father and myself and brothers have endured can't be measured. Born in Amsterdam grew up in America and zero support as crime victims I can tell you how much I credit you and others who are bringing so much love and support forward out in the open.
