Thanks, I had the same problem 2 weeks before and we just spammed the whole keyboard to just find the "hotkey" to turn on the internet on the laptop, I got the same problem couple of minutes ago, so I looked up your video and you HELPED ME!

Hi, Kevin, I tried hitting function key + f3, and got this message: "Windows cannot resolve the problem. Please contact your network administrator or Internet service provider." My service provider is ATT, however they are not taking phone calls due to short staffing levels (Covid-19). I don't think the problem is my wifi per se because my desktop computer and iPhone are picking up the wifi just fine. It's just the laptop that is not cooperating. Do you have any other suggestions?

Thank you SO much! After spending hours trying figure out how to get back on the internet, I simply pressed the function key that had the wifi symbol on it and it worked.
