I really think i wasted my time from ages 13-16 but recently i really wanna get a better lifestyle. I start exercising, fixing my diet and deleted tiktok so i cant scroll for hours on hours. I really love these type of videos since they give me a positive outlook on the future. Keep it up :)

"they're avoiding their past, ignoring their present, and worrying about their future". that line hits hard, in the context it's in it really reminds you to check yourself, don't find yourself doing these things, don't overthink, slap yourself back to reality-the here and now-and out of the daydreams of what you're doing or what you've done, embrace or reflect on what has been done, as there's no way to change it now, and make do with what you have the present, use it to it's fullest, to fill your life with more to be proud of, when the future does come, as it always does. This line kinda put my brain on a tangent, thinking on how we often do these things way too much in modern society, and for what? You will inevitably have regrets, but don't dwell on them, they are nothing but fleeting moments in a timeline that is ultimately much grander than just that. keep yourself grounded, in the Present, and use that groundedness to create memories that overshadow the regrets of the past.

A reminder that things have meaning when you add meaning to them. You remember your past, thinking it was meaningful, and it feels that way. So if you think that everyday has meaning and every moment, it will really feel like it

i’ll turn 18 in about 10 minutes, and i‘m already mourning my childhood. i lost most of my happiness in my teenage years to depression that started during covid when i was 13. somehow i found a lovely friend group though, and they’re one of my reasons to live. i‘ve graduated a few months ago but the school year is still getting wrapped up, and i‘m going on a trip with my friends in about a week. you said that the things we’ll miss are chasing dreams and making memories, and it seems i already knew that deep down, because my phone background is 50 pictures of my friends we took during events, and i’d never replace them with anything. i hope when i‘m older, i’ll have a photo album full of memories to look back at, ones that overshadow the bad times. in the time it took me to write this, i‘ve turned 18. cheers to all of you people, i hope you have good lives with many good old days💕

this is such good advice, im 13 but I used to look back at 4 years ago as the good ol days, but now I seeit as last month, then next month the same thing, and again and again. Im working on getting out of this cycle as he says yo live in the moment, and it works! i worry more about now then then and I feel so much more stress free

I just watched four of your videos, and it helped me realize some of the negative cycles I’ve been continuing and have broken them.

I used to be playing this very repetitive soul sucking video game, now I’m spending time with my mom and bro making some cake! Thanks!

man is saying facts right now, I didn't have a childhood the memories from my 4-12 year old days we're nonexistent, and the 13-15 year old days are hazzy. It was just about a year and a half ago that I decided to just live in the moment and not worry about the things I've done and the things that I will do. It definitely felt alot better, and I actually became a better person, not just a guy remembering what I used to be or how good I can become.

I really needed this video, I was heartbroken after finding out I couldn't sign up for summer school because I'd been to late.

I felt like the progress I'd been planning to improve my social skills and planning skills all went downhill, as I'd wanted to use summer school as a way to help me fufill those current needs.

Do you think you could touch on this topic of loosing things you'd so desperately wanted? But not flattering because of it?

Even though I can't go to summer school anymore I've found ways to still keep improving, I go for a walk and outside to places as much as I can, I've met new people too.

Thanks for your uploads as usual❤

I was watching your video titled "Give me 5 minutes of your time and I'll give you 5 years of your childhood" (something like that) and afterwards this video. Both videos reminds of of this part of a song from the Iron Maiden.

"So, understand.
Don't waste your time.
Always searching for those wasted years.
Face up... make your stand.
And realize.
You're living in the golden years."
- Wasted Years.

I don't know if the connection makes sense but it makes sense for me and your video gives me hope and made me smile. And for some reason, typing this comment gave me some weird deja vu vibes lol
