Your accent is quite good! Especially for the French R and the "u" sounds (ü), these sounds are usually quite easy to pronounce for German speakers since they are very similar.

I speak French (mothertongue), English, Spanish and Italian, and German will be the next language I will learn I think haha. And actually I think that between those 4 languages, German is definitely the easiest one to pronounce for a French speaker.

For excuse me, it depends on the context if you have done a mistake and you want to apologise you will say "pardon", but if you want to interrupt someone to ask him/her a question you will say "S'il vous plait".
